Terms of Use

These rules govern AeroDeck. You can use the map without an account. Creating a profile requires accepting these rules. See the Privacy Policy for data processing; reading it does not replace any separately required consent.

1. Operator and access

Profiles are intended for ages 16 and above. Use accurate account details, protect your password and report unauthorised account use. Features may have additional age, permission or availability requirements. No particular worldwide aircraft reception coverage is promised.

2. Flight data and safety

AeroDeck is for spotting and information. Positions, weather, compass and aircraft information may be missing, delayed or inaccurate. Do not use it for flight navigation, safety decisions or emergencies. Respect airport restrictions, property rights, local rules and crew instructions. GPS/photo checks assess plausibility; they do not prove identity or presence onboard.

3. Community rules

No unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative or threatening content; no harassment, impersonation, disclosure of another person's private data, or manipulation of reviews/XP. Upload only content you have the right to use. Do not share identifiable bystanders, personal documents or private home meeting points without the required permission.

Report content in the app or to team@aerodeck.live. Blocking stops unwanted contact. The operator may review, hide or remove content and restrict accounts for violations. You can request human review through the contact address. Report imminent dangers to the appropriate authorities.

4. Your content and sharing

You retain your rights in your photos and text. You permit the storage, technical adaptation and display needed to provide the functions and audience you select. There is no blanket transfer of ownership. You can change sharing or delete content. Copies held by others and mandatory retention may remain unaffected. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

5. Purchases and advertising

Purchases and advertising are currently disabled. If offered later, features, store price, subscription period, renewal and cancellation must be shown before purchase. Store terms then also apply; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription. XP and leaderboard points have no monetary value and create no voucher entitlement.

6. Ending use, changes and responsibility

You can stop using the app and delete your account. Material terms changes will be communicated before taking effect and renewed acceptance obtained where necessary. We maintain the app where possible without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free availability. Mandatory liability, privacy and consumer protections and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Swiss law applies only insofar as it does not displace mandatory protections in your country.
